My father spent over a year perfecting our cranberry fudge in the late 1970's. Flavored and
colored with only pure cranberry juice, this confection contains no marshmallow cream
to interfere with the berry's tanginess and is somewhat denser than our other fudges, but
remains buttery smooth. Once perfected, the recipe was easily adapted to our other most
popular regional berries - red raspberries and Marion blackberries (Marionberries).
